About Nirza Sisalema
Dr. Nirza Sisalema is a Venezuelan-born dermatologist and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over two decades of specialized clinical and surgical experience. After earning her Medical Degree and completing her Dermatology residency at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, she practiced for 14 years in Maracay and was an active member of the Sociedad Venezolana de Dermatología Médica (SVDM) and CILAD. Her professional journey began with a transformative experience serving native communities in the Amazon rainforest, which fundamentally shaped her patient-centered approach to care.
Since relocating to the United States in 2014, she has achieved exceptional academic success, graduating Summa Cum Laude with both a BSN from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and an MSN from South University. Following six years of valuable clinical and surgical experience at Mercy Hospital in Miami, she joined Dr. Martha Viera’s professional team in 2022. Today, she seamlessly integrates her extensive international medical background with advanced medical and cosmetic dermatology, providing comprehensive skin health services focused on excellence and patient wellness.
About Erika Infiesta
Erika Infiesta is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for dermatology and aesthetics. She graduated from
Florida International University’s Master of Physician Assistant Studies Program in 2023 and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Born and raised in Miami, FL, Erika is fluent in both English and Spanish.
She completed her undergraduate studies through the FIU Honors College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Erika has a strong foundation in adult and pediatric dermatology and is currently expanding her training in cosmetic dermatology. She is especially interested in helping patients feel confident in their skin through personalized treatment plans that combine medical and aesthetic care. With a growing focus on cosmetic procedures, Erika is committed to delivering results that are both natural and tailored to each patient’s unique goals
